We are committed to providing high quality, safe and secure family homes for young people in Kent. This means that we provide the best training and support to our hosts to make sure that the very best standards of accommodation and support are met.
Personal development
You will be allocated an accommodation officer who will supervise, manage and support you. They will be your link to the young person's social worker or personal adviser and will make sure you provide the young person with the appropriate level of support in your home.
Round the clock support
We provide 24-hour support to supported homes hosts through our 18+ Accommodation Team and county out of hours service. You can be reassured that we will always be there when you need us.
Support groups
You can share information, get informal training or get advice and guidance at one of our regular support groups or forums.
The voice of supported homes hosts
You'll have the opportunity to shape the 18+ Care Leavers Service and the support we provide by giving us regular feedback.
